I know that for a tumblr called The Amazing Flying Bono there aren’t that many photos of Bono actually flying on here.

Bono has got many superpowers, but flying is the one that started his discovery of them, so I apologise for neglecting this amazing hability.

Here, Bono takes a microphone stand for a ride.

Bono hasn’t always been so comfortable mixing his job as a rockstar with his superhero career. Several times he tried to hide his secret identity, but through the years he has learned to accept that he is just too famous as a rockstar and there are too many people to save for him to worry about disguises.

But Bono knows that the element of surprise is an important asset in any battle and sometimes he does dress up as other people to try and get to important fights unnoticed.

Here he is dressed as an actor dressed as a struggling actor who is auditioning for a part as an actor trying to revive his career on a Beatles play.

The last time U2 went to Argentina for a “concert”, Bono took the oportunity to learn new fighting skills at a celebrated dojo in Buenos Aires.

Here, he and Edge learn the Tango, a deadly, but graceful, martial art, meant to be performed in pairs. In the Tango, two partners get together in position and perform several deadly leg movement, which are not only painful to the receiver, but also have a hypnotic quality to them. In this particular photograph we see Bono trying out a combination of the Tango with the Stare.
